Equipped with various metal cutting machine tools and other production auxiliary equipment of some sets to form specialized processing workshops integrating turning, drilling, boring, milling, grinding and hydraulic test.The company has successively introduced vertical machining center, horizontal machining center, numerical control lathe, 5-axis CNC boring and milling machine, 3-axis vertical cutting machining center, vertical digital display lathe and other high-precision large machining equipment, and its strong machining ability ensures to provide first-class products and high-quality services to users.The Production Workshop has a constructional area 24,988m2, a hoisting capacity 97t, 700 plus sets of various process equipment, special-purpose/general-purpose gauges to provide a full quality and progress guarantee for completing assembly work.

Testing ability
The Pump Testing Station is equipped with one set of closed and open test beds each, with a maximum pipeline diameter of DN900 and a maximum flow rate of 22,000m3/h. The test accuracy meets the requirements of GB/T3216 "Rotary Power Pump - Hydraulic Performance Test of Class 1 and Class 2"
Equipped with high-voltage frequency converter to be able to meet the test requirements of equipment of maximum 10kV, 4,000kW, the output frequency is 0~120Hz.
By applying computer aided testing technology, centralized/automatic control, automatic operation is realized in the whole process of pump testing, which is more efficient and convenient, more accurate and reliable, reaching domestic first-class level.
