In May 2007, the enterprise was approved by State Administration for Industry and Commerce to change into Danai Pumps Co., Ltd. The change of the enterprise name this time was based on the new measures introduced by General State Administration for Industry and Commerce to protect large enterprises with total registered capital of more than RMB 50 million yuan. According to relevant regulations of General State Administration for Industry and Commerce, no enterprise is allowed to use the word "Danai" to register its name after the name change of our company. This is of great significance for expanding the protection range of enterprise name, preventing infringement, enhancing enterprise popularity and promoting the appreciation of the intangible assets of the enterprise.
Danai Pumps Co., Ltd. was also awarded for the title of national "well-known trademark".
